Officials visit Wiggins, Colorado classroom

Times Staff Writer Colorado State Rep. Cory Gardner, R-Yuma, and Morgan County Clerk Connie Ingmire were there as Wiggins High School students took time September 17, 2007 to look at a vital document on Constitution Day.

IN 1955, the Daughters of the American Revolution petitioned the U.S. Congress to dedicate Sept. 17-23 for observances of Constitution Week. The U.S. Constitution was signed Sept. 17, 1787.
