Liberty Day is a 501(c)(3) nonpartisan, nonpolitical charitable organization. Our mission is to facilitate the distribution of a Complete Education Resource on the U.S. Constitution to fifth graders throughout the United States. Liberty Day provides booklets, volunteers and resources to Public Schools on Constitution Day, as mandated by Public Law 108-447, Sec. 111, Div. J-SEC. 111(b)., every September 17th.

If you would like a volunteer attorney to visit your 5th grade class on behalf of the Liberty Day organization, please fill out the following information and click “Submit.” Please note that multiple groups from the same school may need to be merged for a larger presentation and that we will only be able to accommodate your request if there is a program in your area.
